This is perfect if you’ve been sitting at a desk, feeling tense, overwhelmed, or just need a mindful reset. Each movement is beginner-friendly and focused on releasing tension in the hips, spine, and side body while calming the nervous system.

Hip Circles – Loosen up tight hips and low back with fluid, circular motion.
Seated Twist – Detoxify and lengthen the spine while enhancing mobility.
Seated Side Stretch – Open up the rib cage and side body for deeper breathing.
Seated Cat-Cow – Gently mobilize the spine to release back and shoulder tension.
Seated Hip Lifts – Subtle core and hip engagement to build awareness and stability.
